18 months of transformation, growth, and gratitude
Eighteen months ago, I was at one of the heaviest weights I’d ever been—feeling stuck, unmotivated, and unsure of how to move forward. That’s when I joined Results Fitness, and wow… what a journey it’s been.
At first, I was apprehensive and only showed up a couple of times a week, unsure of what I was doing. But everything changed when my amazing PT, Betty, encouraged me to take on my first challenge: Shred It. That experience taught me two powerful lessons: I can achieve anything I set my mind to. I genuinely enjoy working out and eating well.
From there, I committed to weekly PT sessions, tackled multiple challenges, and even completed my first-ever triathlon this February—a 400m swim and 10km bike ride! That milestone, along with consistent training, has helped me celebrate a 30kg weight loss. I feel the happiest and healthiest I’ve been in years, and I’m more motivated than ever to keep pushing forward.
I’ve grown so much—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Huge thanks to Betty for her unwavering support, and shoutouts to Sam, Ursh, and the entire Results team for inspiring and educating me every step of the way. And to my training buddy Sam—thank you for being such a big part of this journey.
Here’s to more milestones, more growth, and more wins. Onwards and upwards!
